Common b4u Login Questions

Go to b4u.best and click the login button. Enter your registered mobile number or email and your password. If two-factor authentication is active, enter the code from your authenticator app and you will be taken to the lobby.

On the login screen, select 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered mobile number or email and we send a reset link or OTP. Follow that link, set a new password, and log in straight away.

Check that your mobile number is correct and that your network signal is stable. OTPs can take up to two minutes during peak times. If it still has not arrived, request a new OTP or contact live chat for a manual verification alternative.

No — your b4u login uses your account email or mobile number and a separate password. UPI and Paytm are used only inside the wallet for deposits and withdrawals after you have already authenticated.

A restriction usually follows several incorrect password attempts or a login from an unrecognised device. Wait a few minutes, then use 'Forgot Password' to reset, or contact our support team to lift the restriction after identity verification.
